k’Aryn was one of the Intimacy Coordinators involved in S1 of Death and Other Details. They brought expertise in consent and boundaries, queer representation and queer intimacy, along with choreographic techniques. Was grateful to contribute my Mental Health Coordinator skill set by working with young performers in scenes of heightened emotion.
k’Aryn met early with the production team to get a sense of the tone of the piece and the scenes. Met with performers and director for rehearsal before the shooting day. Supported with repeatable choreography for various camera angles, supported with breath placement and eye lines. Was a marvellous opportunity to tell a love story over such a long period of time

Speaking recently on SiriusXM’s The Jess Cagle Show, the 34-year-old actor said the “nature” of the violent, intense, emotional series “directly” broke him down in reality.
“I went through some mental health difficulties after Thrones, and during the end of Thrones, to be honest,” Harington told Cagle. “I think it was directly due to the nature of the show and what I had been doing for years.”

Bridgerton” actor Ruby Barker called out Netflix and Shondaland for failing to support her during two psychotic breaks that occurred in the wake of the romance series’ blockbuster success.

According to Barker, her mental health started declining during the filming of “Bridgerton.” She claimed her character’s isolated nature negatively impacted her.
“During filming, I was deteriorating,” she said. “It was a really tormenting place for me to be because my character was very alienated, very ostracized, on her own under these horrible circumstances.”
